Our journey in the Amsterdam hospitality industry began over seven years ago. What started as one establishment quickly grew to two (Bleu), then three (Black), and eventually four (RED). And now, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our fifth location in the heart of the city center, at the Reguliersdwarsstraat: another Black & Blue restaurant!
